  • Fitness Assessment and Review
    • Weekly oversight and check-ins
  • Structured Four Week Online Training Program
    • Corrective exercises where appropriate
    • Movement exercises and stretches for warm-ups and cool-downs
    • Resistance training with your environment and available equipment considered
    • Two or Three days per week training program
    • Guidance on possible additional equipment you may wish to consider buying
    • Direction on best cardio choices
  • Twelve 60 Minute Virtual Training Sessions per month
  • Weekly 15 Minute Video Dialogue (FaceTime, Skype) 

All the same benefits as my Tier 2 Four Week Program but with 60 minute virtual training sessions included. Training sessions are done by video link using a personalized program designed for your goals and needs. Includes a 15 minute prearranged video meeting to assess your "home gym" environment and connectivity to your internet.
